The organization of a country's affairs is through institutions that have power and authority in the geographical space. Power and authority in geographical spaces is formed either through coercive domination or through the transfer of power and authority from the nation to the government, which is currently a common phenomenon in the political structure of most countries in the world. The discourse of the Revolution, before the victory of the revolution, in its formulation in the face of other political discourses, defined itself and elaborated its signifiers and was able to distinguish itself in the political atmosphere caused by the revolution and "dominate" in a discourse expression. The main signifiers of the Revolution discourse were articulated around the central signifier of "political Islam". And this issue caused this discourse to face the conditions that some developments will take place in it Since the fundamental basis of the Islamic revolution was the political Islam of jurisprudence and the Supreme Leader was present at the head of this system, any change in this discourse must also have a jurisprudential aspect In this article with a descriptive-analytical approach, the main effective indicators in the political management model of the political geography of Iran specific to the Islamic Republic have been explained and a new point of view regarding the development of governance in the country has been presented. The findings of the research show that factors such as centralism, expediency, and government decree are also effective in the power structure of the Republic,
