Tourism is a global activity that has a global context in addition to having specific frameworks in each country. In this regard, there are general and universal frameworks for the continuation of tourism activities and protection of tourists' rights. He has the right to a healthy environment. The main question of the article is how it is viewed in the texts of international tourism law and its principles, including the right to a healthy environment. The method of this article is descriptive-analytical. The method of data collection is library and the use of scientific and research articles. The findings of the article show that international law has been one of the most important reasons for the significant growth of the tourism industry in recent years. The existence of some international treaties and agreements in the fields of protection of natural, cultural and historical centers and places for educational and social purposes can be considered as one of the effective methods of international law in this field. These treaties and agreements include the UNESCO Convention on the Protection of the Cultural and Natural Heritage of the World (1972 World Heritage Convention), the Hague Convention on the Protection of Cultural Assets during Armed Conflict (1954), and the Second Protocol. Hague (1999), Additional Protocol to the Fourth Geneva Conventions (1949) on the Protection of Victims of Armed Conflict (1977).
